Feed and pull system is composed of 6 sets of Sauer-Danfoss motor+Dinamicoil reducer.

Rotary

The rotary is achieved by slowdown of France Poclain low-speed large torque motor through the one-level gear, in this way, the starting torque is higher than that of high-speed motor with reducer system, and the loss of torque is small.
III.
Power
The drill rig is equipped with two 276kw/2100rpm(376HP/2100rpm) diesel engines, which can work independently or jointly, the rig is strong in power. In case that one of the engines fails to work, another one can still work, greatly improving the safety of operation.
Transfer case is Germany famous brand product, it is one-to-two type.
The hydraulic pump is composed of 8 sets of Sauer-Danfoss hydraulic pump, the close type
system is working with open type load sensitive system together, thus makes the drill rig
with high efficiency.

Structure
The drill rig is adopting crawler driven type and integral structure, namely the power is together with the main machine, the total length of the drill rig is 16.5meters, the total width of the drill rig is 3.15meter, the total weight of the drill rig is 55tons.
V.
Clamp Shackle Device:
a) The reliability of drill rod’s shackle is greatly improved by using the three-jaw closing structure
b) With clamping force being adjustable, the operator can adjust the clamping force in accordance with size of rods and the project’s requirements so as to lengthen the lifespan of rods and clamp teeth.
c) The clamp shackle is compact in structure. It can work properly even when the connector of rods is very short in length.
d) The clamp shackle can move within the range of full stroke so as to guarantee the break-out of rod connector at any position.
e) Max. make-up torque: 190000N.m (140232 ft.lbs)
VI.
Crane
The drill rig is installed with a crane, the crane is fixed on the anchor plate, the max. lifting capacity is 3.5tons.
VII.
Operating system
The operating system of this drill rig is using electro-hydraulic proportional control system, which makes the operating safely and reliably.
VIII.
Operator’s cabin
The operator’s cabin is split in structure and equipped with an air conditioner, the cabin is with large space and available for three people to operate, over 10 kinds of data such as pressure, flux rate and rotation rate are shown in the operator’s cabin, which is easy for analysis and judging problems and performance in the process of operation.
IX.
Mast
Rack is made from high quality alloy.
Body is made from section steel and steel plate tooling welded together.
A drill pipe bracket is mounted on the mast to assist loading and unloading drill pipe.
