Warranty and After-Sales Service
We always concerned about clients and provide them with warranty and after-sales service support.
The factory ensures equipment’s warranty for the major assemblies and units efficient for 6 or 12 months. During the warranty period, under the condition of normal operation, if there are any parts damaged, we will provide the clients with free spare parts (except easy wearing parts) that they need to replace.
If necessary and according to the clients’ requirement, upon the arrival of the drill rig at the destination, we will arrange a technician to the working site for training on operation and maintenance of drill rig for several days.
